Organic Sumatra

Our organic Sumatra is a classic Mandheling grown in the Aceh Tengah regency of the Northwestern highlands on this magnificent island.  Like all Sumatran coffees the aromas of the jungle abound, with the musty, herby notes assaulting you as you raise your cup for the first sip.

Tasting Notes:  Along with the classic earthiness, you will find aromas of wood, and sweet flavors of cocoa and raspberry in this full-bodied coffee.  Mouthfeel is moist and acidity is clear and pleasing.
