The coffees of Sumatra Indonesia have a broad range of flavors, but sweetness is not typically one of those.  Our Organic Rio/Java Blend employs a carefully chosen Brazilian coffee to add sweetness to the always earthy, wild notes of an organic  Grade 1 Sumatran Arabica.  On the nose, you will find the surprising aroma of honeysuckle and maple.  In the cup, sparkling green apple acidity surprises your taste buds ending with a nice finish of baker’s chocolate.
