This coffee was produced by the Coordinadora de Organizaciones de Desar Concepcion (CODECH), an organization uniting seven coffee cooperatives in the remote Huehuetenango region of the mountainous highlands of western Guatemala. The coffees were carefully hand picked and sorted to meet the EP standard that allows no more than 8 defects per 300g of green coffee.

Tasting Notes: Mild, nutty with some cocoa. Medium acidity and body.
