We work diligently with our importers to source a Central American bean that produces a finished coffee which meets or exceeds our desire for the quintessential Central American flavor profile. Our current offering from Guatemala does just that! It is sourced from Antigua, Lake Atitlan and Huehuetenango regions. As our only non-organic Central American offering, we feel this is the perfect all-day coffee, with an excellent consistency from cup-to-cup.

Process: Fully Washed
Tasting Notes: Caramel, milk chocolate, baking spices, red apple and a lively acidity.
