We work diligently with our importers to source a Central American bean that produces a finished coffee which meets or exceeds our desire for the quintessential Central American flavor profile. Our current offering from Guatemala does just that! It is sourced from the small town of Palmira Viejo, in the Huehuetenango region. As our only Central American offering, we feel this is the perfect all-day coffee, with an excellent consistency from cup-to-cup.
