Colombia “El Corazon” Excelso
It is well known that coffee has shaped the economy of Colombia starting as early as the 1720s.
The country is known for producing some of the best coffees in the world year-round and has an annual production quantity of around 11 million bags of coffee.
Coffee beans thrive in the geography and microclimates of Columbia, especially in the regions of Antioquia, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Huila, Nariño, Santander, and Tolima.
The soil, elevation, rainfall, and overall climate, make the perfect growing conditions for coffee. Genetic varieties include Caturra, Castillo, Typica, and Bourbon.
While it’s harvested March through June and September through December, Columbia El Corazon is available year-round.
