As our business grows, our offerings will increase.
We choose each of our coffees after an extensive search for the finest green arabica coffee beans. Once a coffee is selected, we invest many hours of careful roasting and cupping to develop a tailored recipe for its roasting (roast profile).
Our roasting philosophy is simple: roast the coffee to bring forth its unique properties. This usually results in lighter roasts and seldom takes the roast to a point where one tastes a toasty or barbeque flavor. These cover up the unique flavors of the coffee.
Our menu is not large. We are bringing you the best coffees from the major growing regions of the world rather than many coffees from within each of the micro-regions that are, often, quite similar in character. We do, periodically, complement our menu with special offerings from within a growing region as we find something that is so unique that we can’t pass the opportunity to share it with you as a “treat” to your palate. These appear as announcements when you log onto our site.
Along with our “Regional Bests,” we offer a carefully designed espresso blend as well as at least one decaffeinated coffee.
