We specialize in Northern Italian style light-roasted coffees that bring out the best qualities of each varietal.

Our "microlot" Brazilian coffees continue to be a big hit.  These coffees are rich and satisfying.  We are bringing in coffees from a new farm every month or two.  Right now, we are offering coffee from Fazenda (farm) Santa Maria de Baipendi.

Our "Rio/Java" has been received so well that we are making it a regular.  It brings together two special naturally processed coffees, one from Brazil and one from Sumatra.  The result is a truly pleasing.  Check it out under "Special Blends."

Finally, we have changed the name of our espresso.  It will be called Redwall Espresso from now on.  You will find the same great, chocolate, caramel, and dark fruit flavors as our previous blend.  The coffee is so good (we are now doing our own blending) that we just believe it deserves a new name.  Check it out under the Espresso section.
